Meet Robert

A practical approach to rebuilding strength, energy and wellbeing.

My journey into fitness and wellbeing began through demanding physical training, where I developed an early understanding of discipline, resilience, physical conditioning and the connection between mental and physical performance. Over the years, that interest developed into a career in fitness and wellness, working with people through personal training, mobility, stretching, yoga, functional movement and lifestyle-focused coaching.

But NervCoaching is built around a much bigger idea than simply getting fitter.

As we move through our 30s and beyond, long working hours, prolonged sitting, stress, poor recovery and inconsistent nutrition can gradually affect how we move, feel, sleep and perform. The answer isn’t necessarily another extreme diet or punishing workout programme.

I created the 90-Day Vitality Matrix to provide a more complete approach. It brings together fitness, functional movement, posture, mobility, nutrition, recovery and stress-management practices into one structured coaching system designed to help you rebuild the foundations of your wellbeing.

The goal is simple: to help you become stronger, more mobile, better fuelled and more resilient — while creating habits that can realistically become part of your life.

This isn’t about chasing perfection.

It’s about building a body and lifestyle that support the way you want to live, work and perform for years to come.

Psychology

Grounded in behavioural science and the study of psychophysiological stress, NervCoaching integrates habit formation, stress-regulation strategies and structured movement to help high performers over 30 build resilience, improve movement function and restore more consistent daily energy.

That positioning has a legitimate evidence base: research examines the interaction between physical activity and psychobiological stress reactivity, including autonomic, cardiovascular and neuroendocrine responses, while structured exercise is also supported as part of evidence-based management for chronic primary low-back pain.

Built for demanding lives, not temporary motivation.

PSYCHOLOGY
